Administration Team
Jim Anderson, CCE, President
Jim is the chief executive and administrative officer of the organization. He is responsible to the Board of Directors for coordination of the business plan; organizational structure procedures; motivation of volunteers; income and expenditures; maintenance of membership; employment, training and supervision of staff; interpretation of policy; maintenance of building; and long-range planning. He staffs the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Directors Nominating Committee, Officers Nominating Committee and the Past Chairmen's Advisory Council.
Brad Bodenhausen, Executive Vice President
Brad supervises the Public Affairs and Communications and Community Development/Special Events departments. He is the staff contact for the Local Issues Public Policy Task Force and International Business Council.
Delores Austin, Receptionist/Information Assistant
Delores helps walk-in customers, greets guests, and directs them to the appropriate individual. She also serves as the switchboard operator by answering the telephone directing calls to the proper individual. She also answers mail inquiries requesting relocation information.
Jennifer Dalton, Vice President, Finance & Administration
Jennifer is responsible for maintaining financial data for the Chamber and affiliated organizations. She produces monthly financial statements, processes payroll, prepare daily deposits and supervises the annual budget process. She is responsible for maintaining all personnel-related files and also manages the general operations of the Chamber office building. She also oversees the front desk operations.
Judy Galbraith, Executive Assistant
Judy performs secretarial and general office duties for Jim Anderson and is responsible for maintaining corporate record files for Chamber and affiliated organizations.
Suzette West, Executive Assistant
Suzette performs secretarial and general office duties for Jim Anderson and is responsible for maintaining corporate record files for Chamber and affiliated organizations.
Karen Kunkel, Administrative Assistant
Karen provides administrative support for various departments within the Chamber. She also serves as primary back-up for the Receptionist/Information Assistant.
Communications Team
Kristen Kelley, Creative Project Manager/Art Director
Kristen is responsible for setting the direction of and maintaining the visual brand identity for the Chamber and Springfield Business Development Corporation (SBDC). She also supervises the consistency of that visual brand across all Chamber and SBDC communication tools.
Maggie Bridgeman, Communications Coordinator/Chief Writer
Maggie serves as chief writer for the Chamber’s electronic newsletters, website and other publications. She is responsible for media relations and providing communications support for Chamber meetings and special events, including the production of multimedia presentations.
Community Development/Special Events Team
Kristin Lochner, Manager, Special Events
Kristin manages special events for the Chamber including the Annual Meeting, Business & Technology Expo, Experience Springfield, Good Morning, Springfield!, and the Member Appreciation event. She also provides primary staff support for the Springfield Prayer Breakfast Committee, which is an affiliated organization of the Chamber.
Kim Everest, Administrative Coordinator
Kim provides staff support for Leadership Springfield, Leadership Academy, LIFT and Leadership Alumni programs. She also provides staff support for Special Events and Community Development events and coordinates the annual Salute to Health Care recognition dinner.
Economic Development Team
Ryan Mooney, CEcD, Senior Vice President, Economic Development
Ryan is responsible for and directs the Chamber's economic development program to increase the economic base of the Springfield area by procurement of new business and industry. This includes identification of, tracking and follow-up of prospects/suspects. Ryan is staff contact for the Springfield Business Development Corporation.
Rob Dixon, Vice President, Business Assistance
Rob oversees the existing business support program, providing a wide range of assistance to businesses including helping them navigate local, state, and federal government agencies and the local government development processes; tax credits and incentives; and other business assistance. He serves as economic development project manager for existing industry expansions and is the staff contact for the Development Issues Input Group.
Jen Johnson, Program Coordinator, Economic Development
Jen provides staff support to the Chamber's economic development programs and SBDC. She coordinates special events and activities including the SBDC Annual Meeting, Economic Outlook Conference and the W. Curtis Strube Small Business of the Year Award.
Jeff Seifried, Manager, Regional Development
Jeff is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing activities in the fields of community and economic development in 10-county region of southwest Missouri. He is staff contact for the Regional Council (Ozarks Regional Economic Partnership) and Manufacturers Council.
Rachael Snow, Marketing Coordinator, Economic Development
Rachael is responsible for marketing activities related to business expansion and attraction efforts of the Chamber and its regional partnership. This includes the economic development website and print materials as well as specific marketing efforts to Springfield’s target industries.
Kristen Westerman, Manager, Workforce Development
Kristen coordinates the Chamber's workforce development programs and activities in the Springfield region to meet the needs of the regional employer community. She is the staff contact for the Committee for Education and Workforce Solutions.
Membership Team
Brent McCoy, Vice President, Membership
Brent is responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting activities to ensure and increase the Chamber's membership and financial support. He also develops membership education and information programs through meetings and publications. He is staff contact for the Ambassadors, Business After Hours, Membership Development, Red Carpet Committee, Small Business Council and Chairman's Club.
Jamie Fields, Coordinator of Business Development
Jamie is responsible for recruiting and engaging Chamber member investors. She also provides support for various membership events, committees and programs.
Chris Rozier, Coordinator of Membership Sales
Chris is responsible for recruiting new Chamber members and assisting in the retaining efforts of current members.
Carol Wright, Coordinator of Membership Services
Carol helps attract new Chamber members and maintain current members through a variety of programs, including ribbon cutting events. She also provides staff support for all the membership department's committees as well as other special events. She also maintains the membership database for the Chamber.
Public Affairs Team
Sandy Howard, Vice President, Public Affairs
Sandy focuses on state and federal legislative affairs and advocacy, and assists in local election issues and campaigns. She is responsible for coordinating the annual Community Leadership Visit and the annual Springfield/Branson Regional Salute to Missouri Legislators. She is staff contact for the Governmental Relations Committee, the Springfield Metro Partnership and the Community-Wide Coalition for School Board Recruitment.
Emily Denniston, Public Affairs Project Manager
Emily provides staff support for the Public Affairs and Communications Department. She assists with department committees and special events including the Governmental Relations Committee, International Business Council, the annual Springfield/Branson Salute to Missouri Legislators and the annual Community Leadership Visit.
Hollie Elliott, Public Affairs Coordinator
Hollie oversees the young professionals program and provides staff support for the Public Affairs Department. She assists with various department committees, including the Springfield Good Government Committee. Hollie also assists with the Chamber’s state legislative advocacy efforts, including tracking key legislative initiatives.
