Welcome to our new online home!
We’d like to welcome you to our new online home.
We’ve put a lot of work into trying to develop a website that is more user-friendly, easier to navigate and still provides all the tools and information you’ve come to expect from the Chamber. We hope we’ve hit the mark.
What you’ll hopefully notice is that, while everything may look new and fresh, most of the tools you’re accustomed to haven’t moved too far.
There’s still a link to our online events calendar right at the top of the page. And if you hover over the “Membership” tab you’ll find our improved Membership Directory, our Member News section, and links to log in to our Members Only section (more on that later).
There’s also a new tab called “Resources,” where you’ll find our Jobs Board along with a Springfield-area map, information on relocating to our area, and a handy page of how-to videos on navigating this new website of ours.
Now about that Members Only section … we call it the InfoHub and we think it will be incredibly useful for members. You can update your information, see your outstanding balances and pay invoices, view upcoming events – including tracking which ones you’re already registered for – upload Member News and job postings and more.
Underpinning our new site is an entirely new database that will let you better manage your member information and help us better run our day-to-day operations. That means you’ll need a new login and password for our new website.
But here’s the good news: We’ve tried to make the process as easy as possible for you. You'll soon be receiving an email with a link to create your new account. Your name and email address will be all you need; you can choose your own username and password.
If you can’t find the email from us, have no fear; simply click the “login” link on our new homepage, then click “Create an Account” on the login page.
Overall, we’re pretty happy with this new Internet home we’ve built, and we know it’s still a work in progress. Over the coming months, we’ll be rolling out even more improvements to your user experience, so be on the lookout.
In the meantime, welcome!
