BACKGROUND
Throughout 2024, the Chamber engaged more than 400 individuals across the public, private and philanthropic sectors through interviews, focus groups and surveys. Community feedback was paired with in-depth analysis from Economic Leadership, Inc., a nationally recognized economic development consulting firm to develop the Chamber's strategic plan.
2025: Groundbreaking at Press Room Equipment: A $6.5 million expansion bringing 10 new jobs and a new 32,000 sq. ft. facility to Springfield.
2025: The Network Leadership Council members at the Capitol during Advocacy Day 2025, elevating the voice of our region.
2025: Good Morning, Springfield brings together 400–450 Chamber members each month to connect and start the day strong.
