This morning, Springfield's first talent attraction video made its public debut during the Chamber's Good Morning Springfield event. If a picture is worth a thousand words, this is worth much more.

In 3-minutes, the video captures the spirit of our community, showcasing all the reasons why Springfield is the best place to enjoy the life you want!

The video is the newest component of the Talent Attraction Initiative, a resource designed by the Chamber to aid local employers in their recruitment efforts. The initiative is made possible by funding from Springfield Business Development Corporation investors. By supporting the Chamber and SBDC, businesses are helping the Springfield community attract and retain the quality workforce we need to grow our economy. The video was produced by Springfield creative agency Swagbot.
