Video: New tools unveiled to help recruit talent
After a draft version debuted at the SBDC Annual Meeting, our latest talent attraction video has now been launched! Focusing on our thriving but little known IT culture, the video tells the story of information technology in Springfield and describes the benefits of living and working in the Ozarks. Every two years, the Chamber produces a relocation guide in partnership with 417 Magazine to tell the story of what it's like to live, work, play and learn in our region. This year, we updated the publication to work in conjunction with our Talent Attraction Initiative.
