Chamber kicks off out-of-this-world Reach Campaign

The 2018 Reach Campaign has officially launched.

“Reach for the Stars” is underway after the Chamber held its kickoff event Sept. 12 at Highland Springs. Nearly 80 volunteers and Chamber staff were on hand as Campaign Chairman Joe Reynolds and Chamber President Matt Morrow dubbed their totally official astronaut suits to greet the crowd and continue the enthusiasm for this year’s campaign.

Now in its third year, Reach is the Chamber’s way of allowing members to connect with the marketing and sponsorship opportunities that best match their own mission and goals.

And the Chamber is always looking to update and expand its inventory of available options to meet the demands of our members. Look at just a few of the new offerings available for this year:

• 100th Anniversary Gala – The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce turns 100 years old in 2019, and we plan to celebrate in style. Our year-long celebration of our centennial will culminate in a unique, one-time-only, black-tie-optional event featuring a celebratory reception in an exceptional Springfield venue followed by exclusive entertainment.
• The Network’s YP Summit event – The newest event from The Network for Young Professionals will bring together YPs from the Springfield area to learn about the community we love through a summit-style day featuring dynamic YP speakers. The day will end with a fun afterparty to celebrate Springfield young professionals and those young at heart!
• The Value of Membership video series – This professionally produced series of videos focuses on the value of Chamber membership and will be used by our membership staff team as they communicate with hundreds of prospective and current members throughout the year. This is your chance to be the sponsor of this series and show you know the value of being a member!
