Tell us about the history of your business:
TrexStays was born out of a need to serve people in the Springfield community. We offer fully furnished, high-quality homes for temporary housing needs (30 days+). Our clients include travelling professionals (physicians, medical staff, corporate travelers, engineers, contractors, etc.). They come to Springfield for a short assignment and need a comfortable place to stay. Some people are relocating to this city or their homes are temporarily damaged. We strive to provide our guests with an elevated experience during their stays when they are away from home.
Describe the services your organization provides and what makes you unique:
Our properties are designed for the mid-term stay that makes you feel like home. You are not going to get that comfort and experience from staying at the hotel or Airbnb. Our homes are designed with tranquility in mind because it’s planned out for 30+ days stay. Not for a few vacation days. You can work, cook your favorite meals, hang out in backyard, etc. We provide plenty of linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. so that our guests do not need to worry about doing dishes or laundry every day.
Tell us something people might not know about your organization:
We are part of Springfield community and care about our guests and community. One of our properties is a historical home. We preserved its historical charm while modernizing it to meet with the current living style. There are Route 66 artworks, history of Green County, Mercy, COX, etc. Our guests will learn and appreciate the historical charm of Springfield. We advertise Springfield as a destination for work, education, art and tourism.
What is the biggest challenge facing your organization now, and how are you working to overcome that challenge?
