Two years of research was conducted prior to opening the facility in order to implement features to enhance safety and security. Sixty5 Self Storage officially opened in September of 2020, so we are celebrating our 5 year anniversary this year.

Describe the services your organization provides and what makes you unique:

Sixty5 Self Storage offers a 100% indoor climate-controlled storage facility that focuses on safety, security and cleanliness. We not only care about our customers, but actively strive to ensure that their items leave in the same condition as they arrive. We offer short and long-term rental agreements.

Tell us something people might not know about your organization:

We are locally owned and operated. We operate using a hospitality model and offer complimentary snacks, coffee and water to customers.

What is the biggest challenge facing your organization now, and how are you working to overcome that challenge?

The biggest challenge right now is the slow housing market and multiple competitors that are coming into the market. We overcome these challenges by being a part of our community and treating every phone call or walk-in as the high priority that they are! We’re as flexible as possible to make each customer’s experience unique to them!

What is the best business advice you’ve ever been given?

You can have the most beautiful building, but it’s the people inside It that make it a success.
