Ozark Fence provides quality materials, sourced as locally as possible, installed by fencing professionals with methods meeting or exceeding industry standards.
Give us a brief history of your business:
Our company was founded to fill a need for a professionally installed product at a reasonable price. Since then, each generation has strived to fill this need and not only meet, but exceed our customers' expectations. Our company is now led by a third generation, making it the oldest family-owned and operated fence company in southwest Missouri.
What do you think makes your company unique?
Our company is unique in that it is still run by a family. You won't find the usual job titles in our office; we don’t have salesmen and managers. Instead, you'll find a son (third generation) and his wife, a father (second generation), and the grandfather (founding generation). Doing business with a family-owned and operated company means you aren't treated as a customer but valued as a member of the family. It also means that you have one point of contact within the company through the entire fencing project.
What is the most exciting news your business has to report from the last 12 months?
In the last year, we've seen the company transition from the second to the third generation. The third generation has been involved for more than 20 years, so the transition went effortlessly. The previous generations are still involved in the day-to-day operation of the business, which helped tremendously.
What do you see for the future of your business?
In the coming years, we plan to continue modernizing our equipment and methods in an effort to keep up-to-date with the latest products and practices to better serve our customers. We're also rebranding our company colors to be consistent throughout the company, so in the coming months you should start to see some exciting changes!
