Tell us something people might not know about your organization:
Almost universally, clients want services provided quickly, economically, and with few problems. Clients want someone they can rely on, someone who is accessible and understands the term "value" from their perspective. Our goal is to be the datum line against which others are measured for excellence, integrity, and leadership. Design is a process by which criteria is discovered, evaluated, quantified, and transformed into a solution reflective of the client’s needs and personality. Quality service is essential for client satisfaction and we develop long-term relationships. Our "hands on" approach embodies personal attention, speed, efficiency, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service in meeting our clients’ needs. We are a small firm and proud of our team's ability and commitment to deliver consistent professional services. Our clients are the best advertising we can present and are reflective of services we have provided for individuals as well as large corporations.
What is the biggest challenge facing your organization now, and how are you working to overcome that challenge?
Although not unique to our firm, the current biggest challenge is recruiting qualified Team members within the profession. We continually advertise open positions through various local and national platforms. To adapt we’re working smarter and more efficiently, carefully monitoring project schedules and clearly communicating with stakeholders.
What is the best business advice you’ve ever been given?
Never sacrifice quality of services provided and honor your commitments.
